If something isn't displaying correctly, then sometimes a hard refresh on your browser will resolve the issue.

Why is this needed?

We deploy new features and bug fixes approximately every two weeks. Sometimes this means that your browser cache needs to be refreshed to load the most recent version of the page / platform.

A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page and is different to clicking the refresh arrow on your browser address bar.

Here's how you can clear your cache through a hard refresh on any browser:

Google Chrome

  • Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

  • Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard

Firefox

  • For Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

  • Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard

Safari (Mac)

  • Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E

  • To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R

Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge (Windows)

  • Hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

Which browser is best for GeoNadir?

We design our platform to perform best on Google Chrome and Firefox. If you are using other browsers, then we suggest switching when using GeoNadir.

You may experience some features which don't perform the best, or styling issues with the platform.
