or Pro +
workspace
Inviting others into your workspace is a great way to share data with clients, and to collaborate with your team mates. Workspace members will have access to all the datasets and projects within, at whatever access level you specify.
Go to the management section inside the workspace
Open the members tab
Click invite member
Add the email address/es of those you wish to invite
Make sure that you put a comma after each email, even if there is only one so that the system recognizes that the email address is complete
Select the access level (manager, editor, commenter, viewer). Note that manager is only an option for Pro + workspaces
Click invite to send an email invitation
Troubleshooting
If you are trying to add a member and the 'invite' button remains greyed out:
Make sure that you have given your invitee an access level that you have available. For example if you have used up all of the paid member seats for your subscription level, you won't be able to add another person as editor or manager. Try viewer or commenter instead. Or downgrade a different member first.
After you type the email for your new member, you need to add a comma OR press enter for the 'invite' button to activate.
You cannot invite members into an Essentials workspace. Please upgrade your subscription if you would like to access this feature.
