GeoNadir has free (Essentials) and paid (Professional and Pro+) workspaces. Paid workspaces can be on a month-to-month or annual plan.
If you downgrade your workspace from a paid to a free workspace, then you will lose access to features at the end of the billing cycle.
Datasets
Some of your datasets may be deleted 30 days after a paid subscription ends.
Essential workspaces can only have datasets that are accessible on the FAIR Global Map and which contain 500 photos or less.
If your datasets are set to Private when you downgrade your workspace, you will have 30 days to change these to being accessible on the FAIR Global map. Learn how to do this here.
If you have datasets that are larger than 500 photos then you have the option to download these prior to your subscription ending, or deleting them from your workspace.
Any datasets larger than 500 photos may be deleted 30 days after the subscription ends.
If you would like to have your datasets stored until a project or budget reactivates, then you can reach out to us and we can charge you a data storage fee for the interim period.
Projects
On a free Essentials workspace only the most recent Project you viewed prior to your account being downgraded will be visible.
Your other Projects are saved, but not visible until you re-upgrade to a paid workspace.
However, note that some datasets may be deleted from your workspace (as explained above) and will no longer be available in your Project.
Other tools and limits
There are other tools and limits that you will lose access to when downgrading from a paid to a free workspace.
You can see an overview of these on our pricing page here. Also, when you are logged into your workspace and are in a Project, go to the toolbox in the top menu - any tools with a gold crown are only available in a paid workspace.
