Navigate to the billing page
Here are the navigation steps to find the billing page:
In the lefthand menu click "Management"
On the Management page click "Billing" at the top of the page.
Upgrade my subscription to Professional
You can automatically upgrade your subscription from a free Essentials workspace to a paid Professional workspace on the billing page.
You have the choice of either a month-to-month subscription or an annual subscription. The annual subscription has a discount, when compared to paying for 12 months via a month-to-month plan.
Select either monthly or annually, and then click "Buy now". You will be directed to our secure payment provider, Airwallex, to complete your transaction.
We do not store your credit card details, this is all handled by Airwallex. Subscriptions are displayed and charged in US dollars.
Free Trial
We provide a free trial of a Professional workspace only. You can only receive one free trial.
Follow the below steps to get started with a free trial:
Create a free account at https://data.geonadir.com
Fill in the form and enter the same email address that you signed up for a free account with.
Our team will upgrade your workspace to a Professional workspace within 24 hours (business days).
You will receive an email once your workspace has been upgraded.
You will have 7-days to try out all the Professional workspace features.
No credit card details are collected at the start of the free trial.
At the conclusion of the free trial you will be sent an invoice link for a month-to-month subscription. Your card will then be charged each month for the subscription unless you downgrade your subscription.
If you would rather be on an annual subscription after your free trial, email [email protected] and we will change your preference and send you a new link.
If you don't want to proceed with a paid subscription after your free trial, your workspace will be automatically downgraded after the invoice due date passes.

Upgrade my subscription to Pro+
If you would like to upgrade your subscription to a Pro+ workspace, including adding on additional features or increasing limits to your Professional workspace, please email [email protected].
Downgrade my subscription
If you have a Professional subscription paid via credit card, go to the Management page and billing. In the top righthand side of the page, click 'Cancel subscription'.
Your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing period. You will have access to the Professional subscription features until this point. Your cancellation date will be shown on this page.
If you have a Pro+ subscription, or a Professional subscription paid via bank transfer, please email [email protected].

Delete my account
You can delete your account completely by emailing [email protected] from the email account you use to login to GeoNadir with.
Once your account is deleted, all your uploaded data, processed data, and anything created in projects will be deleted and can’t be recovered
Update credit card details
Automatic card updates (no customer action needed): The Airwallex Card Account Updater works in the background to automatically update your credit card details when your cards are expired, replaced, or updated — ensuring recurring or subscription payments can be processed without interruptions. This is currently supported for Visa and MasterCard only.
Change the credit card: If you wish to change the credit card being charged, and it is not a replacement or updated card, please email [email protected] and we will help you update your card details.
